On-Site Labor Requirement: Agricultural Worker Independent Contractor Agreement

Tenant responsible for Fly Abatement Program and Manure Disposal Program (weekly at a minimum).

Not included with Horse Stable Rent is a remodeled in-law unit (900 sq. ft. *per owner) available for an additional $4000 per month. The Guest House has stainless steel appliances, bamboo floors, and a very clean bathroom. Available for move-in immediately.

Main House is not included with Horse Stable Rent. For an additional $10,000 per month the main house is available.
