Anita is our project manager focusing on Born Property Management’s lease renewals, onsite safety inspections and make-ready program (helping owners prepare properties for lease). She joined the firm in 2017. Anita’s background includes a B.A. from Berkeley in Architecture with a Minor in city planning, and 15 years assisting clients on behalf of the Housing Authority in the county of San Mateo. She is currently working on obtaining her real estate sales license at BPM. Anita’s studies and work experience have made her an invaluable asset to Born Property Management where she has embraced her role as special project manager. In her free time, Anita loves anything that takes her outdoors - camping, hiking, and skiing, just to name a few.
