Home Watch Service is designed for those owners who do not occupy their home on a full-time basis but prefer it be professionally reviewed, cared for and maintained in their absence. Due to our clients' distance constraints and challenges associated with second home ownership and busy lifestyles we manage projects accordingly.

Home Watch Services Baseline Features:

• Periodic Exterior and Interior visual examination of property
• Customized checklist of rooms and areas of property to be reviewed
• Home report with photos and checklists are e-mailed after each visit
• Owners are contacted in the event repair is found to be required
  
• Visual review of all regularly scheduled routine maintenance of the property including landscape maintenance, pool maintenance and housecleaning
• Access to Prefered Service Provider Network

We are here to help ensure that your property is operational, preserved, cleaned and locked-up while you are away. On Baseline Services we charge flat-fee monthly amount based on the scope and range of service.

Beyond our baseline services, we can also assist you in maintaining your home including oversite of property maintenance and repairs, home preparation for you and your guests arranging airport pick-up and drop off and more!

Estate Care and Bill Payment Services:

• Payment of all bills relating to the property upkeep and maintenance
• Personal Asset Inventory Documentation
• Security Alarm Company Contact
• Oversight of Cosmetic Maintenance; Paint and Clean, Wash, Wax, Detailing
• Oversight of Maintenance repairs; Preventative, Corrective/Deferred, & Emergency (including post-weather cleanup)
• Delivery/Package Acceptance
• Garbage and Recycle takeout and pickup
• Oversite of Capital Improvements
• Arranging and supervising contractors
• Concierge Services: Including but not limited to the oversee of: Housekeeping, Flower Delivery, Catering, Car Maintenance, Car Service or Driver, Shopping, Shipping & Mail Forwarding and Dog Walking)

The fees for services are variable depending on the scope and range of service. Please see our Fee Schedule. We work with you, your personal assistant, and executive relocation company to develop a customized property plan to detail a periodic schedule for maintenance and inspections.
